SouqNexa is an online store serving customers in the United Arab Emirates. These terms apply to everyone who browses the website or places an order with us.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

You may use this website to browse products, place orders, and contact us for support. You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide information that is accurate and complete when you check out or get in touch.

We may update product pages, prices, and content from time to time. We may also refuse or limit access to the website if we reasonably believe it is being misused.

We work to present products clearly, including photos, descriptions, and key details. Images are for illustration. Small differences in colour, finish, or packaging can occur.

Product information is provided in good faith, but it may not always be complete or current. If a detail matters to you, contact us before ordering.

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice before an order is placed.

If we discover a genuine pricing error after you order, we will contact you before proceeding. You may confirm the corrected price or cancel the order.

An order is a request to buy. Submitting an order does not mean it has been accepted. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, the delivery details cannot be verified, or we reasonably believe the order cannot be fulfilled as placed.

Please check your name, address, and phone number carefully. These details are used to confirm and deliver Cash on Delivery orders across the UAE.

The only payment method currently offered to customers is Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the order amount in cash when the courier delivers the order.

Please have the exact amount ready where possible. We do not currently offer card, Apple Pay, or other online payment methods at checkout.

After you place an order, we or our delivery partner may contact you by phone or message to confirm the order, address, and phone number before dispatch.

If we cannot reach you, processing or delivery may be delayed, and the order may be cancelled. Please keep your phone available after ordering.

SouqNexa currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery timing depends on the product, your location, and fulfilment. Typical UAE delivery is around 1–3 business days after an order is confirmed, but this is an estimate rather than a guarantee.

Return and refund eligibility depends on the product and the fulfilment rules that apply to that item. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported promptly so we can review the case.

Products are offered while they are available. Stock can change quickly. If an item cannot be fulfilled after you order, we will contact you. You may wait, choose another item if available, or cancel that order.

You are responsible for providing a complete UAE delivery address and a working phone number, being available for order confirmation and delivery, inspecting the order on arrival where practical, and contacting us promptly if there is a problem with the product.

The SouqNexa name, website design, and original content on this site belong to SouqNexa or our licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute that material for commercial purposes without our permission.

We are responsible for supplying the products you order, subject to availability and these terms. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect address or phone details, missed delivery attempts, courier events outside our reasonable control, or use of a product in a way it was not intended.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights you may have under applicable UAE consumer law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders placed after the update. We recommend reviewing this page before you order.
